It is a place of purity and beauty, untouched by the corruption of man - and home of the shape-shifters. Nearly a thousand years ago, human hatred and mistrust of shifters led to great wars that caused many deaths and culminated in the splitting of the worlds. While humans have all but obliterated shifters from memory, they still remember what humans did to them - and still feel resentment and hatred.
Humans have always passed between the worlds, but now their numbers are greater than ever. And with them they bring their love for technology - much of which is unknown in Taryn. It is only two years past a time of great upheaval for the shifters, and now humans once again threaten their existence.
And something is going to have to give...
